what about shipping

- all orders are shipped via Canada Post with the shipping option you choose at checkout 

- we are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect address on your order. Should your order be returned to us because of an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs. 

- please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

how do I care for my eL jewels? 

Exposure to humidity, water + chemicals can cause your jewelry to tarnish or the metal plating to erode. Here are our tips to keep your jewels looking fresh: 

Cosmetics, lotions, hair products, perfumes and sunscreens can react with the metals and plating of your jewels. Be sure your jewelry is the last thing you put on girl! 

Please note that in rare cases the pH of the wearers skin may react with
the metals can cause the plating to dull or wear quickly. weird right?
It happens. This can be caused by fluctuation or changes in
your body chemistry from a variety of reasons.

what is your return policy?

if your jewelry arrives damaged due to transit, or you are unhappy with your purchase ( we don't see that happening, but you never know!) please email orders@elizabethlyn.ca within 2 weeks of receiving your order. 

You may choose to return the item(s)  for a full refund or exchange for an item(s) or shop credit of the same value. Please note that return shipping costs are at the customers expense.  we handle online order concerns only , if  you purchased your jewels from a retail shop you must work with them + their individual store policy 

Normal wear and tear of your jewelry over time will not be considered as a fault of elizabeth.lyn Jewelry, however if you find a manufacturing fault we will repair or replace your piece within 6 months of purchase. Please email orders@elizabethlyn.ca
